Office and workplace cleaning
Evening or early-morning rounds for offices, studios, practices and co-working floors. We work after hours so your team never shares the space with a vacuum cleaner, and we hand back a floor that is ready to use at 08:00.

Communal areas for property managers
Treppenhausreinigung and the rest of the shared building: stairwells, lifts, letterbox areas, bin stores, bike rooms and cellar corridors. We report the small defects tenants complain about — a blown stairwell bulb, a failing door closer — before they become a complaint to you.

Window and glazing care
Pure-water pole systems reach up to the fourth floor from ground level, which removes most access cost and all the disruption. Above that we work with a certified access partner and coordinate the visit for you.

- Shopfronts and entrance glazing on weekly or fortnightly rounds

Audited monthly
A supervisor scores each site against your checklist every month. You get the score, the photos and the corrective action, whether or not you ask.
Cover that shows up
Sickness is covered from a briefed regional pool. If a round cannot run, you hear it from us before you notice it — usually the same evening.
Priced per visit, not per surprise
A fixed monthly figure covering labour, products, machines and consumables. Extra deep cleans are quoted separately and never added silently.
