A cleaner space, every single time.

What we clean
Five services, one standard
Every job runs off a written checklist that you approve before the first visit. Nothing is left to interpretation, and nothing quietly gets dropped when a different cleaner covers a holiday.
Regular cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly visits from the same cleaner. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and bins, worked through room by room to the agreed checklist.
From €32 per hourDeep cleaning
The once-or-twice-a-year reset: limescale off tiles and screens, oven and extractor degreased, skirtings, radiators, inside cupboards and behind appliances.
Half or full dayEnd-of-tenancy
Besenrein is rarely enough for a German landlord. We clean to handover standard and send you dated photographs for the Übergabeprotokoll.
Deposit-ready finishWindow care
Glass, frames, sills and glazed doors using pure-water poles from ground level where access allows — no smears, no drips down the facade.
Quarterly or on requestOffice & commercial
Evening rounds for offices, studios and practices. Desks, washrooms, kitchenettes, waste separation and consumables restocked before you arrive.

Describe the property and we will tell you honestly whether a regular round, a single deep clean or a mix of both is the sensible spend.

Why Hausklin
Trust is the product. Cleaning is how we prove it.
You are handing someone a key to your home or your office. Everything we do is built to make that an easy decision — and to keep it easy in month twelve.
Fully insured
Public liability cover to €5 million, plus accidental damage cover on contents we handle. If something breaks, we replace it — you never chase a private cleaner for it.
Vetted and employed
Every cleaner is directly employed, on a proper German contract with social contributions paid, and cleared with an erweitertes Führungszeugnis before their first key handover.
Eco products as standard
EU Ecolabel and Blauer Engel certified products, colour-coded microfibre to keep bathroom and kitchen cloths apart, and refillable concentrates instead of single-use bottles.
A fixed checklist
The same written task list every visit, agreed with you and logged when it is finished. That is why a holiday cover cleaner leaves the flat exactly as your regular one would.
How it works
Three steps, then it simply runs
Most of our customers speak to us once at the start and then barely need to think about cleaning again. That is the point.
- 01
Tell us about the property
Fill in the quote form or send us an email. We ask about rooms, floors, pets, parking and how often you want us — enough to price the job properly rather than guess.
- 02
We agree a checklist and a fixed price
You get a written room-by-room checklist and an hourly or per-visit price before anything is booked. Change the checklist any time — the price moves with it, openly.
- 03
The same cleaner arrives, every visit
You are matched with a police-checked cleaner who keeps your slot. They log the checklist at the end of each visit, and a supervisor spot-checks the work each month.
Where we clean
Four cities, local teams in each
We do not run a franchise. Each city has its own employed cleaners, its own supervisors and its own equipment store, so a Tuesday in Cologne looks the same as a Tuesday in Berlin.
Berlin
Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, Pankow
Our first city and head office — 40 cleaners across eleven districts.
Hamburg
Altona, Eimsbüttel, Winterhude, HafenCity, Eppendorf
Strong demand for evening office rounds around the HafenCity offices.
Munich
Schwabing, Maxvorstadt, Haidhausen, Sendling, Bogenhausen
Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy work make up most of our Munich diary.
Cologne
Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld, Nippes, Lindenthal, Deutz
Communal-area contracts for property managers across the left bank.
Check your postcode before you ask for a price
Outside these four cities? Ask anyway — we take on work in the surrounding Landkreise when the round makes sense for the team.

8 seasonal roles open across 4 cities
28 places to fill this year
Our year has peaks: the Frühjahrsputz rush in spring, the summer tenancy turnovers, and the pre-Christmas office run. Every seasonal cleaner is employed on a proper season contract with paid travel between jobs, paid holiday and equipment we buy. Most of these roles are open to non-EU applicants — we sponsor the seasonal work permit ourselves.

Cleaning prices in Germany vary wildly, and most of that variation is guesswork. We price on rooms, condition and frequency — then hold that price. Tell us about the property and you will have a real number to compare.
- A fixed price in writing before anyone visits
- No call-out fee, no obligation, no follow-up sales chasing
- An answer within one working day, usually the same afternoon
- Cover in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Cologne
